Service description

postgame is an AI-powered chess coaching service. You submit chess games (PGN format) and receive automated coaching analysis generated by a combination of chess engine evaluation and AI language models.

Account

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Credits and payments

• A Quick analysis costs one credit; a Deep analysis costs two credits.
• New accounts receive three free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packages.
• Credits do not expire.
• If an analysis fails due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded.
• All sales are final. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because credits grant immediate access to a digital service, by purchasing you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation right once credits are added to your account.

AI-generated content

Coaching analysis is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. The service is intended as a learning aid, not as authoritative chess instruction. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tactical or strategic explanations.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process games in bulk through automated scripts, resell analysis output as your own coaching product, or attempt to circumvent credit limits.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Analysis times may vary depending on game length and server load.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any decisions made based on the coaching output, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
